Room 522, Saturday morning
Apr. 23rd, 2016 11:11 amLottie looked out at the spaceship dominating the sky, then down at the giant bug thing crawling around the dorm grounds. Normally, this would call for investigation. What were the bug things? What did they want? How could they be stopped? But Fandom's creepy mysteries were somehow way creepier than most of the ones back home in Tackleford, and she'd just watched a video she got from her school-assigned big sister proving just how fragile humans really were in the face of creepy mysteries, and she was Not Feeling Up To It.
She scooped up Pepper, grabbed her quilt and her phone, made herself a nice little nest in the closet and closed the door behind her.
"I think," she told Pepper, who was perfectly content to be hugged and cuddled in the dark by his person just now, "that it's about time we went home."
[ooc: establishy. Lottie will in fact be going home forever after graduation.]
